The Bishop of the Africa Gospel church, Rev.Dr. Robert Lang'at was among the main guests at Kaboson Pastors Training college. His speech was centered on the expansion of opportunities for the new graduants.

He was extremely happy with the introduction of the new programs that allows the ladies to train as pastors in the institution. The two ladies who graduated, did exemplary well in their academics and co-curricular activities.

The Guest speaker for the graduation ceremony was Retired Bishop Saoshiro, from Immanuel church in Japan. In His message he challenge the graduating class to serve church and humanity with dedication and singularity  of purpose.

The family of the Tanabe's who have served in Kaboson since 2004, are going back to Japan.  The Principal encouraged them to send one other missionary to replace them in institution. The mission team from Japan, completed the paintings of the new dorms', for each gender.  The ladies from the team provided the curtains for the ladies hostel, while the men presented, a curved out name for Kaboson pastors training  college to the principal.

The function ended with a fundraising towards the purchase of a new school car.
