The leadership and membership of the Africa Gospel Church is sorry to announce the passing of the Bishop of the Church, the Rev. Dr. Joseph Rono.

Bishop Rono served the Africa Gospel Church in numerous capacities over many years, most recently as the Bishop of the Church.   The Bishop had been struggling with health issues for several years, and died in July at the Nairobi Hospital.

Please keep the Bishop's wife, children, and the entire family in your prayers.

Keep the Church Leaders in Your Prayers

Please pray especially for the leaders of the church and the Central Church Council as they seek to discern the Lord's will concerning future leadership for the church. 

Consultations are being held and candidates and their families have been interviewed, and the Central Church Council will meet in mid-October to plan the way forward.
