The seminar was held at the Royal Guest House in Nakuru near Section 58.  The facilitators for the seminar with Jim Vanderhoof and John Muehleisen (from World Gospel Mission) and Rev. Dr. Joseph Rono and Rev. Stephen Ng'enoh from the Africa Gospel Church.

The seminar was the second in the "SALT" series.  SALT means the Seminar for Advanced Leadership Training and is part of the Central Office's training plans that go along with the AGC structural change implementation.  SALT 1 dealt with "Developing Healthy Relationships," SALT 2 concentrated on "Vision, Strategic Planning, and Leading Change."  SALT 3 will be held later this year and will deal with "Action Leadership:  Leading Your Area to Growth."

In addition to the leadership seminar, the Area Directors also toured some property in Nakuru town that the church is considering purchasing.
