Rev. Dr. Robert Lang'atDr. Lang'at is a life-long member of the Africa Gospel Church. He is a graduate of Kenya Highland Bible College, Wesley Biblical Seminary (USA), and Drew University (USA). Thank you for your prayers for the church as they interviewed and selected candidates for this position. We had three excellent candidates and are grateful for the encouragement and prayers of the church family, our ministry partners, and well-wishers. Rev. Dr. Lang'at attended Tenwek High School and went on to graduate from Kenya Highlands Bible College, where he met and married his wife, Jane. Dr. Lang'at earned an MA in theology at Wesley Biblical Seminary (Mississippi) and also earned a master's degree and a PhD from Drew University (New Jersey). He has served as a pastor in two churches in Kenya and as a college professor in the United States, Kenya, and Nigeria. He currently serves on the board of the Africa Gospel Church Baby Center and is the provost of Kabarack University in Kenya. His passions are teaching, preaching, and living the message of holiness. He and his wife, Jane, a counselor, have four children. |

Rev. David Maritim, Assistant Bishop ElectRev. David Maritim was elected to be the Assistant Bishop by the Central Church Council at its meeting on 24 March, 2011. A graduate of Kenya Highlands Evangelical University and the Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology at the Africa International University, Rev. Maratim has served in a number of key positions in the church. He and his wife Gladys and their family have served as missionaries with the Africa Gospel Church. He has, most recently, served as a lecturer and Dean of Students at Kenya Highlands Evangelical University. David and Gladys live in Kericho. |

Pastor Joseph Tonui, Administrative SecretaryOverseeing the day to day management of the church's operations, departments, and finances is Pastor Joseph Tonui. After a successful career in education, Pastor Tonui provided leadership to his local church in Nakuru and to the Nakuru area as well. |
